this and that

A few things I've created or obtained in the past couple weeks.

I had to create felt pieces to go with a story book as an assignment for one of my classes. The point is to read the story while placing these pieces on a larger piece of felt or fabric to reinforce the plot of the story. I chose the book "The Rooster Who Went to His Uncle's Wedding" by Alma Flor Ada.

I also bought this skirt over the weekend for $7 at Plato's Closet. I've been buying more skirts and dresses lately in hopes that it will inspire me to start wearing them. So far it has been ineffective, but I will keep trying.

And then I made this interactive sign to hang in my hallway. Already someone wrote "Peeta's Buns" which I found incredibly amusing.
