back in business

College limits my free time drastically. 

Home for the weekend, here's what's going on in my life:

I made this scarf probably about a year ago, but it turned out really short. I never wore it, until I had the brilliant idea today to turn into an infinity scarf. Length problem solved.

 Now this guy is my first attempt at a cowl, and I can't say I'm happy with the way it turned out. I used a pattern but I adjusted it for bigger size needles and I'm not good at judging these kinds of things so it turned out a little big. It may be torn out in the future and turned into a headband earmuff thing.

 And this is my new bubble umbrella. Courtesy of Target and my madre!

Hopefully I won't have to go through any more long periods without you, blog! Parting was such sweet sorrow. Until we meet again...
